Account Responsibilities Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. MicroERP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these Terms. 4. License MicroERP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform in accordance with these Terms. You may not: Copy, modify, or distribute the platform. Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code. Use the platform to build a competing product or service. 5. Payment and Subion Some features of MicroERP may require subion fees. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. MicroERP reserves the right to change fees or payment terms with prior notice. 6. Data and Privacy MicroERP respects your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data but grant MicroERP a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide services. 7. Prohibited Activities You agree not to: Engage in unauthorized access or use of other accounts or systems. Interfere with the platform’s operation or security. Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content. 8. Intellectual Property All platform content, trademarks, and software are the property of MicroERP or its licensors. Unauthorized use of MicroERP intellectual property is prohibited. 9. Disclaimers MicroERP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for backup and security of your data. 10. Limitation of Liability MicroERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services during the preceding 12 months. 11. Termination You may terminate your account at any time. MicroERP may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations or inactivity. 12. Changes to Terms MicroERP reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
